Wait why not? This is a man who for the longest time in the series used no weapons and not only that handicapped himself by not using his hands, why shouldn't he use the weapon that he was destined to get. The thing is that Sanji is not just an embodiment of Zeff, he has Vinsmoke blood running though his veins and as such that RS is a part of who he is. Obviously Sanji will understand that as time goes on and is starting to come to terms with his past but Oda is creating a narrative here that Sanji can not escape who he is, he will always be a vinsmoke and a prince of Germa, even if he doesn't want it. Even Judge said that despite all this thoughts about wanting Sanji not to be his son, the undeniable fact was that Sanji had his blood and so has a responsibility as a member of that family to use his families history and resources as well. It is just that Sanji doesn't have to utilize it for evil and can help his families legacy for the better. Reiju even says it when she is happy that the Vinsmoke bloodline is not devoid of hope, Sanji is the embodiment of the good in their bloodline. I have no doubt that the original Germa were not the evil warmongers that the WG portrayed them out to be, there is a reason why Judge was so angry at the kings of the North Blue that goes beyond just that "they overthrew us". The rhetoric of the WG is always flawed, I have no doubt that Germa was a nation of science and medicine that helped the North Blue and were seen as its protectors and were given the reigns of North Blue to act as its defenders because of their scientific advancement. Sanji will come to learn that from Vegapunk or some other source and will realise that only he can restore Germa's image, imo as a King at the eos. There is a reason why Germa is a floating kingdom, because it can be plopped right in the All Blue when Sanji discovers it.

Okay, fair enough. But overall Sanji shouldn't rely on his RS against strong opponent since his true strength is from his own body itself and I hope at least Usopp and Franky make the RS somewhat like Iron Man, ya know I mean?
Tbh, there is not much to improve on diable jambe. He needed a different powerup.
(Personally ,I would have preferred something other than raid suit)
Naah, I mean that is his final fight.
Queen dosen't fit as a sanji opponent at all and king is reserved for marco or zoro.

Zoro + King = Swords,Flying Slashes, Cutting fire,First Commanders (makes less sense than marco,ik)
Queen - fat ass dude with high durability.Prolly can't kick and rarely punches, only headbutt.
Sanji - Extremely Fast and has a below average attack output. Battles solely with legs . ( they don't fit each other imo)
Sanji and Who'Who- Similar Outfit,Smoke Cigars, Who's Who probably kicks too , Cool Black Theme behind them etc etc

Sanji is a gentleman. He makes up for his lack of attack power (which is criminally underrated btw where people act like he has nothing) with tactical ingenuity. Whereas Zoro is more likely to keep running into a wall until it cracks Sanji would do the exact opposite, find another way around it. Sanji doesn't waste moves on high flashy long ranging attacks, he is a technical fighter. A
