Kaido called Yamato "Idiot" probably since she liked Oden Kaido forced her to wear that mask or some sh** like that to kinda punish her, like "You like that idiot? Well then you'll be an idiot too"

My theory is that she probably challenged Kaido to fulfill Oden's wish but always got defeated and since now the 20 years of the prophecy are almost over he wants to say all the BP "Look Yamato Is in fact a girl the past 20, years she did this and that but now I'm still here sitting on my throne"
