If Blackbeard is on the ship near Elbaf then it is possible that Shanks is also at Egghead.
In my opinion it's not likely because of my assumption that Blackbeard is not on the ship near Egghead. Most likely Shanks ordered Dorry and Brogy to Egghead as Shanks predicted that the alliance need some Giant Power.
This would also somehow tie the Iron Giant to the real Giants somehow, who knows what Oda is cooking.
Furthermore EO Egghead it would be a nice opportunity for Strawhats + Giants sail to Elbaf together narratively.
