- Kizaru is blown away by Luffy's punch (he uses a normal Haki punch, not a new attack)
- After that, we see that Kizaru is sitting on ground. He's holding his head after being punched by Luffy (seems he's fine)

That round 2 was even faster than the first one.

I pray pray Kizaru does better in round 3, maybe he awakens his fruit? /s
thats the start of round 2 .
Luffy always do stuff like that when he start a round . FIrst round with arlong he punche dhim in the face .
Second round he did a full combo on him .
Was the round over after arlong was sent flying ?

DUde just got sneaked by luffy so give him a second . I love how you guys always have to sneak the other one to be effective I get Bonney was in danger tough t. But Attacking someone when he is attacking someone is call a free hit . ANd you are enjoying those free hit way too much .

But that is what CoO is for when it works lol .

The decisions that Eiichiro Oda is making Luffy go through here are quite questionable:

  • Snakeman without Conqueror's Haki, and without named attacks.
  • Giant Gear 5 grabbing Kizaru with one hand and deciding to throw him when there were several other more most effective ways to do with kizaru simply immobilized in your hand.
  • Playing around the entire time in Gear 5, until forced by Franky to do something and only near reaching his limit does he finally use Conqueror's Haki.
  • Now he enters Gear 5 and attacks Kizaru with a punch that apparently doesn't even have that bubble effect, and is only coated with basic Armament Haki, when he could have made Luffy use a Conqueror's Haki punch...
  • Not restarting his heart when he's in better physical condition than in Wano where he basically had died and suffered more damage.

The interview where Oda states that he simply needs to restrain Luffy because he's too strong is indeed very real.

Life's coin always has two sides; flip it wisely.
this is not even luffy piece, it's nika piece

"the freest man in the world"
So free, hes the reincarnation of someone and posessed by a sentient devil fruit and stuck to live out an 800 year old prophecy and be the only one who can truly get the one piece and become pirate king and liberate the world from oppression and Imu/the WG aand I guess Blackbeard too. Goda.

Oda was supposed to be a true maverick, a one of a kind, unparalleled, exceptional, outside of the box, unpredictable writer but the overwhelming deja vu with some other series I've followed is overwhelming.

Fucking prophecies and destiny man. Hes also destined to be a FAR better liberator than his father as his father is so useless at it and in general.
