Completely wrong interpretation. Their siblings don't become evil or angry because of their genes, they lose the ability to have feelings and empathy. If Sanji became evil like his brothers because of his eyebrows, he wouldn't even care about kicking a woman or defending her.

Oda on Sbs also says that Sanji's eyebrow is a sign of science in Sanji's body

The exoskeleton isn’t permanently on, it’s something that gets activated. That’s literally the point of showing Sanjis eyebrow flip.
