"Nika agenda" is not an agenda, it's the whole purpose of the manga you buffoon.

"Nika agenda" is literally the story of One Piece.

One Piece is a shonen and is centered around "Lu ffy", get your facts straight before trying to argue nonsense.

Lucci is one of the few characters aside the Strawhats who got stronger postimeskip coming from pretimeskip.. He's special..
It's a shame that's it's a stalling fight and mostly off screen.. Else it would have been a better fight than King vs Zoro..
