Keep in mind that according to Oda, eating the Human Human fruit turns you into a genius. This Big Mom will be a genius fighter with Tier 5 Haki and exceptional physical stats.

Then you have Ray who at his age still scales to around Yonko level with maxed out haki.

And finally Whitebeard who can cause a lot of damage and disruption with his Mochi fruit.

Your team has somewhat better fruits but imo both teams are evenly matched.

Especially if you consider the fact that they are fighting underwater in fishman island, Blackbeard teleport fruit becomes less useful.

Also Non fruit users like BM would have the advantage.

The issue with team 1 is that whitebeards health will deteriorate over the course of the fight.

if we put that aside I think WB team has a solid chance to win : Because of BM. BM with different animal forms and the monster and top haki form is the strongest player on the field

I think Fuji with top tier Haki and a fruit lowkey perfect for swordsmen can give Rayleigh a good fight maybe even out last him due to Rayleighs age

And as I said he will slowly deteriorate and his Haki isnt even maxed out so people like Fuji or BB can beat him.

The strongest in Charlies team is Big Mom.
