Takaba's hax (reality bending, stated as potentially > Gojo's CT) + Yuta's genius and skills ofc are >>> Kenjaku.
Takaba literally casted Kenny into a god tier level genjutsu even Itachi would fall for, and Yuta made use of this opportunity to finish him properly.
I guess that this duo could have done the same with prime Gojo (Yuta having the Inverted Spear of Heaven).
No shame here, nor bad writting either.
It's even the opposite: with Gege all chars can die and there's no plot armor.
I like it.
You enter the JJK game, you accept its rules. Kenjaku accepted them.
And he died. As almost all JJK chars lol.
It changes from the classical shonen scheme (as for OPM, but differently).
Anticipating ppl's reactions, NO, Sukuna never got any plot armor.
He's the king of curses feared by everyone for a reason. Even the freaking prime Gojo needed to train for a month and elaborate a backup plan with all the most skillful sorcerers ever before facing him.
If Kenjaku's IQ is 500+, Sukuna's is 1000+ when it comes to jujutsu sorcery.
Same for Yuji. Kenjaku made him like Sukuna for a precise reason.
He never got any plotshield.
Both are THEM.

Sadly, this is the exact shit that we were expecting if Gojo were to lose against Sukuna. This is why some people bet on Gojo to win.
For me, I expected him to lose but nerf Sukuna to the point where Yuji and Maki etc can kill him (instead he got another hax power up!).
I was thinking that Kenjaku will have a good fight against Yuta, just like Gojo vs Sukuna.
We knew some BS is on its way, so not that surprising at all but still it is disappointing.
Shock value is more important for Gege than actual story telling and consistency.
