Kizaru at the end of last chapter is in the sky. But he apparently goes down then back up again. Sanji somehow disappears after blocking when Kizaru pulls out his sword to cut Bonney.

Its nothing against Sanji, but this is not the guy that best credible opponents like Mr 2 and Jabra. Or he is but there is just a huge gap up to #1 and #0 characters.

I would've liked Sanji trying his best, but not truly pressing Kizaru, but it seems Kizaru is reserved for Luffy. Maybe Sanji will get a cool moment against Saturn, but so long as Luffy vs Kizaru is going on, Sanji isn't battling Kizaru this arc. Maybe in the future, but chances are Kizaru just isn't Sanji's Admiral opponent. Aramaki is.
