The rules:
-The rules are simple, vote for whoever you think would win the scenario presented. We will try to do more scenarios than just straight 1v1 army battles to keep it interesting.

-Winners will be determined by poll vote, so make sure to vote and convince everyone that yours is the one true agenda!

-I will try to do as much as I can to keep these tournament scenarios interesting, but definitely let me know if you guys have any cool ideas.

-You are allowed to use historical spoilers in discussions, but spoiler tag them and people don’t have to read them if they don’t want to.

I used a tournament maker app to keep the opening brackets random, but for some reason Duke Hyou and Yotanwa got immediate advantages. I do not know why this is but far be it from me to quibble about my own parameters. Here are the brackets:

Brackets

Make sure to read each commander’s subs and armies!

The Bracket round is a straightforward army vs army battle on flat terrain.

-100k of his Yan troops including 20k mountain lads

VERSUS

-100k Wei troops including 100 Wei war chariots

Who wins and why?
@Owl Ki @Blackbeard @MarineHQ @God Buggy @TheKnightOfTheSea @FutureWarrior123 @RayanOO @Rumble @Greenbeard @Dark Admiral @Jailer @Peroroncino @Monet @Topi Jerami @Shanks @Cichy @Bullet

Ordo does have a fair number of Mountain Tribals in his army. Those guys are pretty nuts. Unlike Houmei, Ordo can actually fight too.

Hmm, when we see Houmei fight, he is usually fighting from an advantageous defensive position. Houmei's specialisation is siege engines, which isn't much use here.

Eh, I'll give the win to Ordo, extreme diff victory.

We just haven’t seen enough from Ordo to suggest how formidable he is in a basic setting, and the one example we do have is an anti-feat.

The same can be said about Gohoumei but I have reason to believe he is already among the best in terms of application of advanced strategical formations and whatever inventions he comes up with to supplement that. I’m not sure what answer Ordo has to that other than pure headcanon when it comes to how powerful his mountain tribes are.

Gohoumei high-extreme diff.

Go Hou Mei is the better tactician and strategist.

Ordo is the better leader of men and likely possesses a much stronger army.

I'm going with Ordo.

My headcanon scale
Code:
Go Kei STR 88 LDR 95 INT 97
Go Hou Mei STR 60 LDR 94 INT 100
Ordo STR 93 LDR 96 INT 93

Houmei actually was about to use the Ryuudou formation too against the Duke during the Coalition. Not as efficient as Riboku but several years have passed with Houmei stating that he still can get better.

Those formations + chariots definitely should secure a W.

At Juuko, the advance of Homei's soldiers was directly compared to the advance of the Qin led by Moubu and Tou.
