Can someone remind me what was the plan to beat Sukuna?

Good guys reunion: "Ok, let's all let Sukuna kill Gojo and then we start to move and put our plan in action"

Really? Why not working with Gojo to do all that they are doing?

I said it before and will say it again 10 Shadows Sukuna seemed much superior to this Shrine bullshit thing by the simple fact they were all seeing tha fight with Gojo and thinking they couldn't help in anyway or if they join in (even Yuta) they would just get in Gojo's way and make it more difficult to him.

They were kinda expecting Gojo to win which was proved by Yuta acknowledging that them teaming up with Gojo would only hinder Gojo. But they also made extra plans which are probably the execution sword and Yuji pulling Sukuna out of Megumi

Yep. Plan A was for Gojo to win, and Plan B was for Higuruma to confiscate his CT and hopefully land a hit with the Executioner’s Sword while Takaba and Yuta deal with Kenny and while Hakari holds off Uraume. Plan C seemingly is for Yuta create an opening for Yuji to extract Megumi’s soul. I’m assuming that Maki will probably jump Uraume so that her and Hakari can go provide backup to Yuta and Yuji. Ui Ui is being used to transport the injured back to Shoko to hopefully save them, and Kirara is using her CT to keep Ui Ui safe. Mei Mei is being used for reconnaissance mainly. Kusakabe, Choso, and Ino are just there to serve as minor distractions pretty much (maybe Ino’s final beast, Ryu, will be surprisingly powerful tho). Panda, Miwa, and Miwa seem totally useless so who knows if they even do anything. Noritoshi, being the bum he is, ran away, so he’s probably not going to do anything. Urashime is probably amping up Shoko’s RCT. Inumaki could be useful but he’s not on the battlefield for some reason (they literally could have killed Sukuna with the Executioner’s Sword if he could have used his Cursed Speech to stop Sukuna for even just a second).
