Only Logia remains as the devil fruit type that we have not seen awaken in the series. Awakening generally increase DF power and capacity. Let's look at the Paramecia and Zoan awakenings one by one.
Paramecia
Main Feature: Alter their body itself in supernatural ways.
Awakening: Alter the enviroment.
Zoan:
Main Feature: Increase the user stat when transformed.
Awakening: Incerase the user stat more.
And the most important feature of Logia is that they are Intangible. Intagibility lost its value when Armament Haki is introduced. Logia was the most powerful DF type when its introduced. According to this, the awakening of Logia probably would be Super Intangibility. That means even with Armament Haki Awakened Logia Users can't be touched. So how will Awakened Logia Users take damage? Armament Haki is the not the only way to damage against Logia Users. The Logia users can be damaged as their elemental weaknesses. Just Like Crocodile is damaged by Luffy when he is wet, Enel was damaged by Luffy because Luffy is rubber. That's the only way to beat Logias before introducing Armament Haki.
Armament Haki won't sap Logia powers. Remember the what Robin said in PH:
But hitting with elemental weakness is workable. Crocodile can't turn into sand when he is wet.
If Haki is not work against Awakened Logias that wouldn't be too OP? Yeah it is but Awakening requires massive energy. When Law is awakened he said he won't be using Awakening abilities unless there is no more option left. Law said Awakening drains his energy too much. So Admiral wasn't using their Awakening form all day.
If Adv.CoC wasn't given to all Admirals their should be gain Awakening atleast.
So How Luffy will hit Kizaru?
Well that's already hinted by first chapters of Egghead. Luffy attacked against Holograms but it didn't work, Atlas is able to hit against Holograms with Photonic Gloves. She said to Luffy you can hit the Light with Photonic Gloves. Luffy will remember that and tries to hit with Photonic Gloves against Kizaru.
Many people said Weaker Strawhats will use this against Kizaru. But that will be doesn't change too much because they are too weak, too slow against Kizaru. Zoro and Sanji can't use them too because their fighting styles is not match. So only person who will use the Gloves is Luffy.
