Sanji usually builds up to his strongest attacks as the fight progresses. Like most characters.

However, brochette blow was the final attack in a long barrage of attacks. Meant to be a finishing stomp. It's a very high ranking technique

Concasser cam be charged so it has more UMPH to it and with ifrit it gonna be more lethal .. But sanji is gonna do serious damage with Ifrit brochette.
