However Flower claimed Shinso who in the grand scheme of things is a pretty irrelevant character and could be a fake claim

But Ultra hasn't claimed anything from what I recall

No they are literally not. Watchers are also partly protective roles as they force scums to stay away from certain targets. Trackers are literally useless unless it's a semi Vanilla game and you wanna verify claims.
