Pot-Might be scum but I am still on the fence (more people have experience playing with him and know how he acts so I guess I'll leave it to them)

Red Night- Maybe scum but not sure

Yes they are. A Tracker hardly catches scum and they are only good for verifying Vanilla claims. We had none of those and it's RM anyhow.

A Watcher can always catch scum and have them avoid certain targets unless they have a Ninja kill.

I'd argue Trackers do the same or at least make scum more cautious in who they have do the kill

No it fucking isn't. If you track a player and see who they target it tells you exactly nothing as you never know who else visited, even if they visited a killed player.
