Broggy just one shot a Vice admiral so… The last time a Vice admiral was wiped this fast was Maynard getting wrecked by Bartolommeo… With his dick out… Remember that… Maynard attacked Bartolommeo specifically when Barto was peeing to catch him off guard and Barto beat him without even zipping his pants back up

anyway there was also Bastille getting wrecked by Sabo but Sabo is too strong to be used in this scale

The worst showing of a vice admiral is currently Maynard so at the very minimum Dorry and Broggy are Bartolommeo level… and Bartolommeo is comparable to Hajrudin

so Oda has basically power crept Dorry and Broggy to Hajrudin level… maybe a little bit higher…

This is like Beast pirates Numbers level in power level… weaker than Tobi roppo but stronger than random gifters

He made plenty of attacks off screen.
He used KOH, ran low on it and turned it off.
KOH Zoro with ACOC couldn't get past Luccis bare hand so forget about Kizaru cutting Luffys neck off with just a DF sword, Luffy already facetanked his lasers to the weakest part of his body (eyes) and internals it didn't do anything to him, now he got his internals turned into juice and started coughing it up
