Funny enough that ability delay explains well enough the destroyed ability claims on the same night. Clever usage if a frame job, sorta. I think Polar was really trying to dig a line in the sand with it and didn't seem particularly bothered to swap to nibel so if I were to assume Nibel was town he's likely to be scum

Con: I have no reason to believe Nibel is not asleep at the wheel and has not simply just haphazardly claimed whatever and fucked up, but idk

I don't think that's feasible Michelle.

Using up the shot on themselves when it could serve up delaying an action of town for another day phase?
Knowing very well they'd give that same town opportunity to use night action one more night and chance to post day phase, when they could be dead instead?

That's a stretch imo. Even if they don't think this all up, it'd be stretch to believe they could for certain lynch that player based on rn basis, with possibilities a town could bring result on scum or there's more interesting developments all day.

It's not worth it.

There's is the issue if duplicate roles, but I'm not sure if that's even a thing Fuji gives a fuck about

Mafia would never detract a shot from Red Night anyway, either they would see he didn't move from Polar's results, or Polar is mafia and rioleopped him as a refilled, which i dont think is particularly high priority. It's probably helpful if they can either play around it or redirect it
