I really don't understand what you mean. Are the images you linked ai generated or human made drawings? What words did you use that generated a sad dog?
Answering your questions: Both images are AI generated. They were chosen because they aren't actually porn but I had issues to generate them because of censorship. Mostly because of tattoos/hairstyle. But I don't remember the exact words that caused the issue.
This one is another good example. At the time, anything that specified something with the mouth (maybe because nerds tried to simulate blowjobs or things like that) would get a sad dog. Creating a woman opening her mouth like a eel took me and some people in the thread a good time. I think this issue is still in place if you wanna try.
