Sanji does not have more potential then doffy . Doffy has Coc

Same Sanji can cook and feed the crew to strengthen it and help him recover.

Sanji is also smart and can lead.

Sanji also has ties with an other army : Germa 66.

And the man can overall make friends quite easily, almost each arc the man creates some ties and can turn foes to friend.

‘Yeah Doffy has some traits better than Sanji : more ruthless, more charismatic maybe, knowledge about MG, smart, better leader maybe too.

But overall I prefer Sanji no problem

Doffy has more potential, he has CoC
EoS Sanji won't dogwalk EoS Doffy, EoS Doffy would get offscreen power up like Crocodile and Lucci. The portrayal won't change so drastically from Dressrosa Doffy low diffing Dressrosa Sanji to EoS Sanji low diffing EoS Doffy.

Sanji's saving grace is only his bloodline and Vegapunk's equipments
Oda realizes post TS Sanji is fodder he inserted second flashback to compensate his weak ass
Vegapunk is dying now, in Elbaf and any future arcs Sanji can't depend on it anymore
