Versus Battle Godzilla (Legendary) Vs One Piece Verse

Legendary Godzilla pulls up to the One Piece verse and attacks every major faction.
vs
Since most users here are aware of OP feats and scaling, I'll spend a little bit going over Legendary Godzilla.
Legendary Godzilla's feats:
Beam clashed with Superman and no sold blows from him (it's a bit unclear which version of superman this is exactly but this is definitely worth including).
Ended up one-shotting this version of Superman when his beam connected.
Tanked an asteroid that caused a mass extinction.
Can consistently tag hypersonic fighter jets and his Atomic Breath could reach the center of the earth in a few seconds.
This matchup is interesting because Godzilla by feats far outclasses the verse in strength, AP/DC, and durability, but should be super slow compared to the vast majority of characters.

Skar King himself will probably just ignore the call completely like Kong.
Also Shimo is definitely in the same world ending tier as Ghidorah, they can freeze over the entire planet with a couple of frost blasts to the sky. And Shimo (if the leaks are right) isn’t even beatable by Godzilla solo or even pushed that hard by him (in evolved mode), just freed from Skar King’s mind/crystal at the end of the movie.
Also freezing is a direct counter to Ghidorah’s regeneration based on him being in the Arctic. So not only is Shimo capable of fighting him she might even have the matchup advantage.
