It's an old general law that many states have or had, many have revised or simply ignore it. It's particular cities that enforce the law. I hope one day we can have our children's tax dollars follow them to pay for private schools, which will force all public schools to step up to meet the needs of children.

It's not even a subject that right-leaning people like to touch often because it affects donors. I think more are becoming outspoken about it now.
I'm particularly against public schools giving how they suck in my country and how much corruption there is on it.

I much rather to have to instead have vouchers to poor people since the ones who can already afford private schools anyway.

That's why I really do like candidates that can fund their campaigns with little assistance from donors because when they are funded by big interests, they work for big interests not the people.

I'm for a voucher program, but I still want the tax dollars to follow the wealthy as well, so it forces these public schools to up their practices and education standards. It doesn't help if they just lose students and not the funds.

Oh you mean their campaign donors. I misunderstood and thoight you're speaking of the school system donors
Public schools get their money almost entirely from the government. They have small fundraisers the kids do here and there to provide general supplies and for sports teams, but the teachers, programs, etc. are all Govt funded.

If you want your minds to be blown. Go check out how much of these funds go to administration costs in inner cities and the amount of unaccounted-for funds.

Yeah that's why I was confused

donors because when they are funded by big interests, they work for big interests not the people.
When that much money is being donated to your cause, chances are those donors probably have deeper, more sophisticated intentions in mind other than generosity. It's worth taking a deeper dive into the effects of these donations as the primary recepients of these donations may be "convinced" to make administrative decisions that may not align with the best interests of the rest of the population within their community/county/state/etc.

We're talking about millions of dollars in utilized funding here, at the very least (tens of millions more likely).

Lemme guess...the stuff he says is so ignorant/out there that you're trying to analyze/figure him out to see if he's truly serious?

If you question the validity of of right wing news, it's okay. But if you question the validity of left wing news then you're pushing liberal or conservative propaganda and is brainwashed 🤡
"I'm free to critique such views. Isn't that your vaunted FREEDOM OF SPEECH, conservatives?! -- W-wait, hold up... did you just say -I'm- WRONG?! You sexist, misogynist, conspiracy peddling, evil piece of shit who is also likely transphobic, ableist and every other bigot under the sun. Fuck you. I'm a good person, but I hope you die." 🤡

My bunny as long as there are unreasonble amounts of currency involved we're hardly looking at a democracy here
conspiracy peddling
Let's talk about the veganism conspiracy?

Competitive sports is categorised based on sex and not gender, and for good reason
Not anymore. And no, most of the time, there are no "good reasons".

There was systemic racism in the past. There is no more.
Wrong. The presence of systemic racism is a scientific consensus.

You will have to tell me what laws or regulations we have in the United States that cause this systemic racism here,
First, you need to understand that "systemic" don't necessary means Laws or regulations even if in some cases it does.

Second, I'm not a sociologist or anykind of social science researcher, so rather than telling you myself. I'll give you some researches and data reports linked to researchs on the subject:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8688641/
https://www.humanrightscareers.com/issues/examples-of-systemic-racism/
https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/popula...across-multiple-domains-in-the-united-states/

You should have enough here to understand the problem that is systemic racism.

There is a difference between systemic racism and racism. You want to say racism exists, 100% agree.
There is indeed different kind of racism. There is mostly interpersonal racism and systemic racism.

But what we need to understand is that racism is always linked to a structural domination process. It therefore exist in reactance (cases of interpersonal racism from people of color) or because its the domination ideology and is systemically integrated into the education (the racism against people of color)

Typical from left being against free will though.
There is not such things as leftist being against freewill... materialist leftist don't believe in free will to begin with.

Yippee !

Or create a system where poor people won't be able to put children into school because its too expensive.

Pretty sure that statement right there has convinced me you don't even believe what you say. Considering public education is free and the amount per student especially in these inner cities that have higher budgets from the gov't is more than your run of the mill private education.
