Assuming there is a secret/weakness like that, and hurting Saturn isn't the problem, it's preventing him from regenerating that's the problem.

They basically have regeneration power so normal devil fruit attack will not work on them .

Maybe it’s only ACoC attacks that can work that’s why Gorosei fears Yonkos in general almost all of them have ACoC .

hurting is not an issue...it was not like Kaido...Saturn was able to hurt and bleed but the issue is his regeneration....
