Doubt it. Zoro isn't that close to the main building otherwise Jinbe would have already reached him. Besides that, Sunny is already on its way out of the labophase and the SH themselves so far have no plans to defend the transmission.
To be honest I think Kizaru will stay down for a while for the goroseis to shine and if he were to destroy the transmission, he would fly straight to destroy the main building instead of looking for fights.
Zoro has a better chance of facing one of the goroseis, although the odds are not that high.
