Saturn needs someone who can

1) either hold Nika so he will deal with the transmission

Or

2) Someone who can escape Nika while he fight Luffy, and go stop the transmission.

He believes Kizaru to be incapable of both, or he would not use the drastic measure of calling the Elder stars.

Everyone on this manga use named attack when doing special moves, sans WB and Mihawk.

Even BB after getting WB fruit use named attacks, there's no reason to believe Saturn is a exception.

If he is defeated without using one you will be right, but just because he didn't show it, don't mean he does has it

3) Saturn defeats Nika in time so that he can stop the transmission too. At the very least we can say he doesn't have the ability to do this otherwise he couldn't have called backup.
You're trying to make Kizaru responsible for the fact that backup was called when Saturn is as much of a fighter as Kizaru as this arc has shown so far.

This is the most dangerous situation the WG has been in in decades. Their most feared scenario that the truth will be leaked is literally minutes away and you both are trying to tell me that Saturn so far resorted to using the lowest of his low ability because? He cares about powerscaling and wants to save his strong attacks for later?
This doesn't make any sense tbh. He has likely shown all of his possible transformations and that not to play around.
