Well, I have nothing against Sanji fighting King but I ain't gonna lie that I would love to see King clashing his big sword with Zoro's santoryu, on the other hand, I wonder if King is a swordsman or use it as a weapon of choice because this can play a big role.

Nvm, i was the one bringing up the idea of North Blue alliances in Onigashima (Sanji, Law, X-Drake, Hawkins) long time ago.
So it seems became a popular opinion nowadays.
I would hate fodder nova alliance + Sanji
they can make an alliance but keep Sanji away from that shit

Im not gonna downplay Sanji, but we have Marco who is the best candidate for fighting King.
If we got Marco & somebody fighting King, that would dehype Marco from the YC1 Hype. But i really hope Oda give Sanji a proper fight if its not against King.

marco help is necessary against kaido and bigmom i think marco being a part of the fight against kaido is needed i’m sure he and king will have a clash
