Why would Toji have CoC? CoC is Haki which is the cursed energy of JJK.

If we are talking about just solely aura and personality and not actual mechanics then the list is LONG:

Garp -> Dragon -> Luffy.
Roger -> Ace.
Kaido -> Yamato.
Big Mom ->Katakuri.
Doffy and Shanks both have CoC and both are Celestial Dragons.

Sporadic cases without a clear special lineage, like Rayleigh and Kidd, do exist though.


As for who from JJK would have CoC:
-Top sorcerers from the 3 Big Clans: Gojo, Yuta, Maki, Toji, Megumi. The Kamo clan remains the clan of bums.
-Kenjaku and Yuji.
-Geto would be like Kidd, having a strong CT/DF and CoC but still a bum.
-Yuki (Star Plasma vessel).

The sporadic cases would be Sukuna, Mahito, Jogo, Todo imo.

Yes, some cases of CoC appear in people without special bloodlines. Thats what I said...
but
Roger, by virtue of being a D and a strawhat inheritor (we have yet to know how he got it), was special.
And
BM was born a freak who can suplex giants as a kid, CoC isnt the rarest thing she had.
