One piece by a wide margin imo

OG Dragon Ball is closest but Z, Gt and super brings Dragon Balls overall rating down

People will probably say Dragon ball just because it inspired One Piece and many other famous manga/anime most of us grew up with

Dragon Ball walked so One Piece can run and One Piece has been running circles around the manga industry for 20 years now

It's only been within the last 5 or so years other manga outside the big three where comparable to them in sales and popularity
