You mean in Raijin Island? I think Urouge can tank it but he would still take damage from continuous thunder in Raijin Island. I think Urouge's df allows him to counter the damage dealt to him back to the attacker. It would not help him in Raijin Island. I think that's why there is a mysterious old lady who offered Urouge an umbrella to protect him from those continuous thunders.

Still wondering who this mysterious lady is and what's her connection with the island also the origin about the Raijin Island, the reason behind continuous thunder in Raijin Island and the reason why only umbrella that old lady offered can protect visitor from coitinuous thunders in Raijin Island.
