@Mr. Reloaded Those panels with Lucci's comment here are actually the hint that Oda will go into the defector direction with Lucci. Because Lucci has now worked with the SHPs together for a short time and now knows that they are unable to leave even one single member behind, he realised that he had to make them believe that he is on the WG's side. Now he is seen as the enemy again and will be left alone.

Here, Lucci tell Zoro that he knows of their inability.
