Back then an argument was that she should have made the effor to understand Sanji's actions as she was in *similar* situation in the past, but idk why would a rather emotional character coldly analyze the situation when Luffy was getting the shit beaten out of him until he collapsed on the ground by the guy he fought an YC for dozen hours to save.
Arlong Park thing doesn't really work for a few reasons but that'd require a longer post.

The fucking point of it was that the readers knew it was a Robin situation but Sanji made the straw hats think it was an Usopp situation which is why Nami acted that way because as you said they dealt with it before it was one member selfishly leaving the crew and fighting the captain. The only people who knew differently was Sanji and Luffy which is why Luffy knew that each kick Sanji threw hurt Sanji just as much as it hurt Luffy.

As a group they maybe worst part of every post timeskip arc (only exception is WCI)

Wouldn't there only be smoke from the outside if he failed to cross the barrier ?
Seems to me like he entered but is still covered in smoke from the explosion.

Would be weird if he couldn't enter. Luffy was kicked through it and then crossed it himself later.

Franky and Brook wont be great again. Jinbe wont do anything special. Chopper I have hope for reasons. The only one that really matter are Luffy, Nami, Zoro, Sanji and Robin

Saturn's beard and horns give him that extra drip. Nusjuro just remains bald.

Though both Nusjuro and Saturn are the aesthetically most pleasing full beast forms.

Used to be my one of the favorite character.
Because I believe he is infection that make any character he interacts with useless and coward.
