His df is broken. I think the only way to defeat him is by 1 shot him so he doesn't have a chance to perform Inga Zarashi (his df power that returns damage dealt to him to his attacker) or dodge his Inga Zarashi so his attacker wouldn't suffer the damage of his df.
Most supernova lack feats like Apoo, Kidd but when Apoo reappears he showed good feat to Luffy, Zoro, Kidd and Killer. I think Urouge's return would not disappoint.

That's a good point. He can combine lightning and physical damage if he takes attack from lightning and physical damage. I think his df is also risky. he has to take damage to use the main power of his df.
I think to utilize his df to its full potential, Urouge should have high endurance. Maybe learn armament haki like Fullbody haki so he can coat his entire body when he takes damage. The amount damage dealt to him doesn't decrease but his endurance increases significantly because of haki so he doesn't take risk when he has to use his df main power.

I think that the first thing u should do if you is Urouge.
Because you realize you need to take the damage first before doing an actual attack.
So if Oda making him without having "The best" Armament Haki users among the supernova, thats gonna be a wack.
And maybe this is a reach, but i can see he will able to tank Kaido's Thunder Bagua

He should have the best armament haki among supernova if he wants to utilize his df to its full potential unless Urouge has other attack that doesn't rely on him to take damage in order to perform his df main power.
Yeah maybe he can tank Thunder Bagua. I think he is defensive type character like Capone Bege and Bege in his Big Father tanked Big Mom attack.
