The question is how much relevance Kizaru has now. If gorosei other than saturn have some kind of time limit to remain in egghead then Kizaru can again become relevant. If not then I don't see Kizaru's importance now.

No, Vegapunk, Sentomaru, the Pacifista, every plot thread linked to Kizaru is on Egghead.

He’s either not a major antagonist after this arc or his plot ends here. There isn’t really a viable alternative.
