I agree that blocking hakkai is a hype feat. I never said otherwise. Like I said, I like Zolo. But that doesn't mean I don't see the facts, which are, the fight with Lucci wasn't over, which is a shame. Oda could've made Zolo look a lot better against Lucci.

This fight was a plot device to keep Zoro away of Gorosei and Kizaru but at the same time give him something to do.

So why didn't he pass out as soon as he told him the info? Jinbe didn't just interrupt, he used a named attack, which Lucci blocked btw. And was still awake to tell Mars the info.

Oni giri has always been the attack zoro uses to dash in behind his opponent if i remember correctly... here zoro is clearly in front of king who is dodging... its from range also remember that dragon blaze is the same technique that zoro went in close to defeat ryuma,but vs kaido who dodged the same attack had massive range which cut the horn from a distance.
