Yeah it's really bad. And at first in the duel he voted to save Yoho because he didn't want to be nagged at by Flower - think he's possibly scum at this point because there is no consistency across that read.
I had a sec while working and pulled up his claim progression. It reads to me as being spoon fed. Not only that, if any sane person had that role as town, why not claim immediately after night to get a town clear. To me it seems if it was real it was held on to for someone that was getting near the lynch so they could clear themselves then
