G5 Luffy already tanked direct contact with flame dragon without his hand being melted . Also we literally see flame dragon being formed from flames that came out of Dragon Kaido mouth . Luffy already tanked those flames in shape of blast breath couple times without any real damage.
Perfect susanoo already tanked extreme heat from nukes like Bijudama and even inferior versions of susanoo provided protection from Lava which is superior to fire even in one piece universe. So flame dragon heat aint doing shit to PS which leaves Kaido without means to put down PS .

It doesnt matter if Madara is not durable as Luffy when his PS durability > Luffy durability. Literally doesnt matter is it fire or lava when inferior versions of susanoo tanked both .
