He didn't fulfill this, sounds like if Melkor is indeed scum Worst was just trying to gain town cred but never intended to actually kill or harm his scum mate

Well, with PB being only 2 shot doctor i think it makes sense that town also has jailkeeper.

I targetted @Kiku tonight, she was a town slight lean based on tone, but based on setup spec it is weird town has so many blocking roles.
