Madara is serious? Freeza in DBZ just killed childred and old man, and exterminate whole race on screen, not Sayajin, but Picolo's race.
Madara wanted to bring peace to Earth, Freeza desired to rule whole universe, that is the difference.
Plus he is litteraly monster then can destroy planets on whim, and don't care about consequences. Madara was just like Picalo Daimao at the best.
Madara did nothing overall. he didn't even kill 5 kage. And was beaten badly by Maito Guy. And later was just destroyed by Naruto and Sasuke. Still was killed by Zetsu lol.
Freeza wasn't negged, SSJ goku wasn't able to damage him, this is why Freeza basically killed himself. While that wasn't even plot convinience...Freeza was in anger since Goku became so powerful, so he lose control on his own powers.

bullied yes, but there was zero damage overall. Basically Freeza lose in power and speed but his durability and regenerate powers was beyond. And Goku wasn't able to break Freeza's body. SO Freeza decided to use his most strongest attack, the one that he was barelly able to control due of his anger and etc. This is why Goku was able to evade and Freeza killed himself.
Again Freeza arc is just peak of DB. While Freeza is best DB villain.

Majin boo, and cell shit in Frieza. With this we have 2 characters within the manga that are stronger and more intimidating than Frieza, perhaps even numbers 17 and 18.
It means all the characters that Majin Boo and Cell faced would be able to neg diff Frieza just by looking at Majin Boo's mitten: mystic Gohan, Goku SSJ3, Majin Vegeta, Gotenks, Goku SSJ3 again, Vegeta again, Vegetto, etc...
Majin Boo is about 200 times more intimidating than the Frieza from the Namek saga.

Yes, but it doesn't deny that they are both several times stronger than Frieza and that's why they were portrayed as a greater threat to the main cast compared to Frieza, who was even limited to Trunks' hypertool.
