Everyone with average iq can see S-Hawk stopped attacking Teach there, he didn't counter attack, and go to a different location instead of keep fighting Teach so Teach one-shotted Hancock later. Combine 1000 men with bazooka, thats an army they had to deal with. Why you think Marines also used Fodders in Battle vs Whitebeard? Its troublesome if they fight together. Jinbe admitted they were lucky Teach removed them from their path. Teach one-shotted an army with Darkness like it or not.

There’s a big chance he had the darkness/yami fruit aka a logia due to his massive influence on Blackbeard

Plus it’d be kinda cool

1. Worlds strongest force (logia) = xebec the captain
2. Worlds strongest man (paramecia) = whitebeard his right hand or at least top guy
3. Worlds strongest creature (zoan) = kaido his apprentice

Blackbeard already had 2/3 of their fruits and might try and take kaido’s. Tho I don’t think he’ll succeed

For the argument's sake, I believe Strongest Hakiman to currently be Shanks, while Strongest Logia Akainu.
Oda probably picked those three strongest-x titles to keep in line with all the other number-three-based-positions he's used throughout, from Admirals to Commanders to Monster Trio. In-universe, Akainu would probably not care for the title, and it'd be difficult to explain what a "hakiman" is to the normie population: even if you name it "Strongest Will in the World", people would still go wtf.
