None of the Admirals were fighting Luffy 1v1. Kizaru just kicked him away.

Meanwhile this is Gorosei trying their best to kill everyone as fast as possible to stop the transmission. This is Gorosei fighting for real.

At the end of last chapter we were at about 5-6 minutes remaining until the message goes out.
Bonney and Franky just made it to the Viking ship with the three VAs waiting for them
Sanji and Vegapunk were not far behind them heading to the Viking ship
Zoro and Jinbe are still trying to get back to the Sunny
Nami Usopp and the others are waiting at the Sunny for Zoro and Jinbe
Luffy is just with Dory and Broggy on the other side of the island
