I really don't see it that way .
There is no reason shanks can't have stronger CoC than any of those people .
It not like it's showed that shanks has less will power or ambition than them.
He going for PK title , we know he strong as fuck etc etc .
If people think other wise that find also .

I am really hating the fucking Agenda Shit around Gorosei.

For once Oda is portraying an entire group of Top Tiers collectively with respect and giving them all very detailed and stunning designs, unique feats, portraying them as World Breakers so why can't we just enjoy instead of pulling EoS Agendas.

I am just genuinely liking every Single Gorosei ngl.

No reason to hate on a single one of them. They are all portrayed with as much respect as their authority commands.

There is no comparison between Queen and King

One is last survivor of Legendary Lunara Race so durable, Luffy still can't hurt them, and Kaido's Right Hand Man who has been closest to Kaido since he was a teen.

Other is basically Judge 2.0 Fat Ass Clown Torpedo whose Plague Gun was taken away by Zoro anyways.

When Zoro defeated a calamity Sanji defeated one too, when Zoro defeats a Titanic captain Sanji will too, when Zoro defeats an Admiral Sanji will too and when Zoro defeats a Gorosei Sanji will as well. Then we'll all live happily ever after, together, in harmony. The End.
