I think what Sukuna meant with Jogo not knowing what it is, is that he would be confused by a human CT with more than one "aspect".

That's probably more to do with Japanese mythology and/or legends connected to (one of) the stories of Roymen Sukuna. There're probably some budhist deities that utilize cooking utensils in some form so we might get more naming schemes like that
