The speed stuff is irrelevant, people with much inferior reaction/battle instincts than the admirals have countered Minato:

Tobirama, Hashirama, Prime Hiruzen would be the only ones who would have any chance to compete against the raw power of the attacks of the admirals due to their immense chakras, but specifically Hashirama & Tobirama. Tsunade & Minato can provide great support.

However, all of that is only relevant if it was a 5 vs 1 or 5 vs 2 at best.

Since it's all 1v1 here:

Any of the admirals neg-stomp Minato, who doesn't have much to provide outside of FTG and Rasengan.
Tsunade at best might be able to last a bit due to her regeneration tech, but if Akainu is the one fighting her, she gets toasted or if it's Kuzan, frozen.

Prime Hiruzen, might be able to last longer due to him being heavily versatile and possessing greater chakras.
Prime Tobirama, lasts a bit longer due to the same reasons, being versatile and possessing greater chakras than even Prime Hiruzen.
Prime Hashirama, lasts the longest due to the enormous versatility thanks to the wood clones and what not.

Yikes man. I don’t think all 5 Hokage against even 1 Admiral would result in a Hokage win. The Hokage are far too physically weak, slow, and none of their Jutsu’s besides Hashirama’s big stuff can match Admiral Level AP.

Aokiji has durability negation with his ice. Akainu as well to an extent, that's just very basic hax though, some might argue it's not even hax, nothing on the level of illusions and shit like that that Naruto has.

I'd personally never let them be intangible if i created a matchup like this. It has nothing to even do with their fighting abilities, they wouldn't be hit by nature of their devil fruit which is just unfair as fuck. Any fodder could get a logia and be intangible.

The OP team seem to have an advantage in speed. Minato is much slower than Kizaru, by a mile.
