So Mihawk will extreme diff Sanji or something like that, at best very high diff

I think that Sanji won't even reach admiral level which means that Mihawk should be able to mid diff EoS Sanji more or less, probably lower end

I think having Sanji pushing an admiral to high difficulty is an extertion, so he should push one to mid-high

I imagine this fight would be similar to EoS Zoro fighting EoS Blackbeard (Luffy's hardest 1v1, probably). On a good day, Sanji manages to dig deep enough to make it a high diff before he falls

OT: extreme diffs either way since EOS Zoro is a bit stronger than Mihawk so EOS Sanji is on Mihawk's level.

Oda always portray them close in power. That's my answer lol. If Zoro fights calamity while Sanji fights Flying Six then I might change my opinion.

Mihawk would win mid-high diff against eos Sanji. I think Sanji will be strong enough to challenge any of the top dogs of one piece and keep up with them and perform respectably but will ultimately lose. There is really no way to know what Sanji's eos potential is but I think he would surpass all the first mates and top commanders of a Yonko crew.

Sanji will always have an opponent of the same level as Zoro's opponents.

If Zoro faces Kaku, then Sanji faces Jabura.
If Zoro faces King, then Sanji faces Queen.

If Zoro faces Mihawk, then Sanji faces an admiral who is </= Mihawk. That's the dynamics of the story, I'm just respecting the plot created over the years.

Imo: EoS Zoro >/= EoS Sanji >/= Mihawk
