the main goal in this cover story is to make a development on Yamato's character, so maybe she'll know something about her mother or about the oni race & oni princess.

if the people of Wano knew that she is Kaido's daughter, they might criticize her, so I guess Kinemon asked her to not attack Wano's citizens.

Otama has a similar issue because she's a Kurozomi, and she'll get criticized as well, so she'll probably join Yamato in her journey, Otama will probably get a bird, because that's what she's missing to be like Momotaro.

Ulti & P1 will also join Yamato in her journey, they're that type of characters.

the cover story will end with an earthquake hitting Wano (Blackbeard attack)

I don't think I agree the citizens don't seem like the type to blame children for the sins of their fathers and it be way to dangerous for Yamato to bring otama with her tho it would be interesting if Ultu and pg1 did join her on her journey I don't think Ulti and Yamato get along very well

Then she'll notice Kaido and Big Mom have been hiding out on the island arguing ever since they lost.

It's the obvious thing... and Yamato is taking us on one last tour of the Island before the Blackbeard pirates show up to take Pluton (since it has been a number of chapters after Caribou told them about it). For all we know, Van Auger and Catarina Devon already left with him to meet Blackbeard and were sent to Wano to collect it.

I mean, Wano had the history of persecuting Orochi for what his grandfather did, as well as his relatives, and in some warped way proved them right since he in turn persecuted them.

This combined with Oda mentioning about how discrimination is still an issue present day and can lend reason to suspect Yamato may indeed face people holding a grudge against her for being Kaido's child, similar to how people reacted to Roger's child.
