A sneak attack is a sneak attack, especially towards someone who talking and focusing entirely on someone else. It's funny because once Nasjuro got hit by Sanji, he immediately speed blitzed his ass.
Nasjuro had time to recover from getting hit by a pillow, transform into full Zoan, open his mouth, get close to Sanji and then bite him yet Sanji couldn't move out of the way during that time lmao.

Nasujuro not bothering to pay attention to screams from random humans is pretty in line with how the Gorosei are behaving in a fight for now.

Franky reacted to Sanji's screams and answered him, but Nasujuro still attempted to attack Franky and Bonnery, clearly paying no mind to the surrounding bugs (in his eyes). If Nasujuro didn't ignore Sanji, the only other possible interpretation would be that Franky's reaction speed is leagues above Nasujuro for him to hear the scream that the Gorosei couldn't, which is an impossibly insane feat for Franky.

While all that goes in line with the Gorosei, Sanji immediately failing to dodge a strong bite and needing two giants (who I guess also blitzed Nasujuro by your definition of a blitz) to free him, can't be justified by Sanji's personality or the context.


TL;DR: One cannot claim character A is insanely faster than character B if a second into the fight character A cannot dodge character B.

And he didn't even knock Nusjuro back either, meanwhile we see Kuma and Luffy send a fully transformed Saturn flying into buildings.

Sanji throws Vegapunk up in the air (you can see his hands) therefore he got caught. Literally the same as Sanji saving Momo from King.
