Powers & Abilities Create a character 2. Can he be an admiral?

Worstgen let’s have some fun! The last character that I created was a Mythical Zoan, this character will be a Logia. Tell me what you think of my character and cfeate:

This will be the first of a few threads I’ll start:

Name: Nasier

Epithet: Clear Chameleon

Race: Three Eyed Human (Pudding Race)

Logia: Ēteru Ēteru No Mi - The ether logia
This fruit allows the user to become an invisible substance (ether). The user can manipulate and control this invisible substances. They can do the following:

1. Cause explosions which appear to be out of thin air by igniting the ether. The use can also ignite their own body at will allowing them to do explosive punches and kicks.
2. By increasing the concentration of ether in the air, the user can cause others to become confused and use lose control of their bodily functions. Right will become up or down can become left at random. This happens when others breath in to much ether.
3. Prolonged exposure will cause the loss of consciousness.
4. The user can use ether to heal their wounds and the wounds of others gradually.

Awakening: Allows the user no longer feels pain.

Haki: ACoO & ACoA no CoC

Fighting Style: Fishman Karate (uses the ether in the air instead of water)

Backstory: Nasier grew up wanting to be a Navy Admiral. He was one of the Marie’s at O’Hara and he drew inspiration from Akainu. He drams to be as thorough and as cunning as his idol.

Haki: CoO and CoA on a basic level.

Fighting Style: He confuses his enemies with his Denwa screams and then hits them with his abnormally strong Reet Hard strength.

Backstory: Born to a regular family. Hes special though.

This is solid, breaking concentration and making it harder for characters to use haki is goated.

Overview: The fruit allows the user to use the abilities of Ghouls. Mythological creatures superior physical stats than normal humans and heightened senses. However, this is not their only ability because Ghouls are able to create, from different parts of their bodies, limbs or appendages that take on different shapes depending on what the user wants; 'wings', tendrils, tentacles to even blades... These appear from different parts of the back; from the lower back close to the hip towards the upper back close to the neck.

Awakening: Upon further developing the fruit, the user gets the ability to cover all of his body, or part of it with the 'limbs' that were mentioned previously. This gives the user a huge physical boost as well as the possibility to use create even more impressive stuff with the appendages. It is said that Ghouls take on different forms depending on their prey to properly hunt them and thus, the form that the user takes also depends on what he wishes to become although the transformations share a pretty important similarity; they are all monster-like.

Haki: ACoO and very very strong CoA. No CoC.

Fighting Style: Custom made based on covering the different appendages that he creates with his CoA; combining it with a fast and agile brawling style.

Backstory: Too lazy to write one.

Him able to consume other people life force sustains his life , He became the legend first which existed years ago and said to have awakened again now for some reason. His aim is nothing but Live a silent life.
But given country under war and Marines and Celestial dragon involvement, The castle and it's gold was demanded but nobody is able to retrieve it as of now. (We knkw how dracula and gold goes). Many tried but failed miserably.

Tbh there are so many forms that he can use that it'll be pointless and very hard to divide all of them into 3 categories plus I want freedom with him, don't wanna limit anything too much.

Have a like good sir for being a Vampire. If you want a suggestion though, you could change the model from Vampire to Dracula since Dracula is usually a superior vampire. Aka a vampire with far better physical stats, better misc abilities and better resistance to the usual vampire weaknesses.

Name : Cyrus

Epithet : Crimson Scar

Race : Human

Devil Fruit : None, and has no intention to eat one since he has phobia of the deep waters and is very scared of the prospect of drowning.
This lack of devil fruit ability made him train harder to compensate.

Haki : ACoC, ACoA, CoO (cant use future sight yet)

Fighting Style : Self-taught freeform fighting that he had to develop himself after many defeats and setbacks. Couldnt ask people to train him because of too much pride. Prefers using headbutts to start fights, and his winged mace (called Fortuna) to end them.

Backstory :
Was born 25 years ago and grew up as a Celestial Dragon in Mary Geoise, IDK yet in which of the 19 families.

Very prideful by nature, liked studying about history (WG version) as a kid and his favorite activity back then was tormenting slaves while playing with the other CD kids and provoking guests during the Reverie gatherings.
His dream is to create his own kingdom and be a king, even though he knows that in the WG's world, a king is nothing next to a CD, but he was disillusionned with the way the Five Elders run things and is frustrated that even as a CD he doesnt have the supreme authority and freedom he desired.

This dream began to fester when he learned as child that his ancestor from 800 years ago used to be king and has abandonned all that to come to the Holy Land, become a CD and form the WG.
Then it became an actual objective when his family lost a dispute to another CD family because of the God's Knights arbitration (which he considered unfair) which cost them many slaves, money, his mother's jewelry, his favorite childhood house and utter humiliation in front of the other CDs which caused his parents to become withdrawn and depressed yet wouldnt protest or seek revenge like he wanted them to.

Soon after, at age 18, this caused him to secretely plot running away so he could both protest at the perceived injustice he experienced and use the entire thing as an excuse to also go fulfill his more selfish ambition.
I wont go into more detail, but he used a dozen slaves that he promised freedom to exact his plan, two of which would stay with him, becoming first crew members, cook and combatant, who chose to stay because his mother was good to them as children.
He waited until a Reverie gathering to use it as a cover to escape, and ran away in a random kingdom's ship which would drop him off at an island in East Blue where he would look for a navigator and a ship, but thats a story for another time.
He doesnt see himself as a pirate and hates being qualified as such by the govt and civilians. He refers to himself as an adventurer looking to establish a kingdom and his crew as vassals, some of them consider it an honor, some find it funny and the rest find it annoying.
Only developped his strength after years of being defeated and coming back stronger. Carries a lot of scars, including one on his face which gave his epithet.
He still looks down on non-CD civilians, but doesnt show it and actually respects strong non-CDs.
He hides his CD identity and only his crew knows.
Willing to protect, defend and avenge his crew members, allies and only civilians who pay tribute to him and accept to join his kingdom.
Likes attacking and raiding ships, especially WG ships that carry tribute and food to Marie Geoise.
Currently in New World looking for a suitable uninhabited island to be his new kingdom's capital.

Bounty : 990 million, and unlike what they did with Doffy, the WG doesnt use his family name in the bounties.

Looking up and seeing a vampire character already being here does dampen my spirits about posting this one a bit but I had fun thinking about her:

Path: Pirate, because a) former slave, b) cannot possibly sustain her coffee consumption habits on a salary.

Name: Snivel. People think it's an epiphet. Source of jokes at her expense.

Race: Human, though one with an exceptionally long, sharp nose.

Fruit: Fly Fly no Mi: Model Mosquito. Zoan.

Ability: Turning into a giant mosquito, with her aforementioned exceptional nose turning into a blood-sucking proboscis that leaves her opponent severely anemic and inebriated. Consequently she has a light vampire theming.

Awakening: Probably doesn't have one but if she did: blood-bending, basically, for people she's bitten, unless they can Conqueror's Haki their way out of it.

Haki specialisation: Strong armament haki with light observation; due to her fruit she has panoramic vision so awareness of her surroundings is pretty good.

Fighting Style: Hammers, for pun purposes. In hybrid form she can use four of them. She wears down her opponent's defenses by hitting fast and hard and then when she gets an opening she drains their blood and hopefully recovers the energy she expended.

Brief backstory: Born as a slave to a noble family and lucked into the devil fruit somehow at age nine. She nearly killed the head of the family, let's call him Saint Grape, by draining most of his blood and then managed to fly to safety before passing out. The Marines were called but whoever found her decided to let her escape. It turns out that Saint Grape likes wine to such an unprecedented degree that even a decade and a half later, Snivel's still drunk because of his blood, so now she roams the ocean in search of coffee to try and keep her head clear. It doesn't really work. Prone to being both messy and energetic as a result.

Bounty: 450 mils, hasn't gone up too much since her escape.

• Brief Backstory:

When the World Goverment was still in its infancy having been only 500 years of age, the Z Clan left Birka to head to the land of the three eyed tribe. Saran Z of the Z Clan was born, approximately 8 years before Luffy was, currently aged 25. He formed the Nirvana Pirates approx 10 years before the current story.

Ability :
Users can manipulate the speed of their body or other people's bodies and even objects around them as they wish, but there are limitations where the user must assume the distance and time they want to travel so that the acceleration is not too fast or too slow, Tricky DF.

Haki: CoA intermediate Level, CoO Advance Level (capable of seeking the near Future, capable of Scaling the sorrounding)

Fighting Style: Analyzes the battlefield using Observation Haki and so He can use his DF Power Accurately, He uses small knives on his heels and elbows combined with above average boxing skills.

Backstory: Born into a poor family, Hakusho decided to learn mixed martial arts boxing and become a bounty hunter after he turned 17 in hopes of changing his family's financial condition, but one day when he was doing a bounty hunt, a group of pirates who had a grudge because of their captain killed by Hakusho followed him secretly, burned his house, killed his parents and younger brother. Hakusho wants revenge and looks for the pirates, after being satisfied with slaughtering them, Hakusho concludes that until all the pirates are destroyed, their crimes will not end. Hakusho was then recruited by the Navy and thanks to his efforts he achieved the rank of Vice Admiral with "Red Eagle" code name. Because of the brutality he committed against the pirates, he earned the nickname "Blood Drinker" because his entire body would be covered in blood every time he returned from battle like a wild animal.
