Luffy had a solid 1v1 against Doflamingo, in about a similar condition. Law helped Luffy bring doffy down to a similar conidition.

Law helped a lot in that fight actually, Infact a lot of people dont know this but Luffy didnt Land a hit on Doflamingo on his own Until After Gamma Knife........... Doflamingo and Luffy were only on par after Gamma knife. That Doflamingo Fight was a 2v1. Law didnt help Luffy, They helped each other if were being real.

Once Kanjuro confirmed he knew nothing about Laugh Tale. Kaido trashed Orochi lol.

It's ironic that his Daughter has Oden's journal. I hope Oden wrote some juicy Laugh Tale info in there that Luffy can use.

The reason probably would be his alliance with big mom . He needed samurai s well to grow his power in wano and allowed to expand his battalion and force .

BM was relaying on Pudding and Kaido on Oden journal
Funny thing is that on Onigashima there are 3 road poneglyphs( 2 in hands of Strawhats and 1 of kaido)
and Robin can read them so i hope Kaido and BM dont find out because they may kidnapp her and we will see another rescue arc

He could have killed him back then in flashback yet he didnt . That really tells you he care shit about him .

Kaido never really cared about him except feel disappointed he is not like oden but all we see is action of orochi because he wants last seed of kozuki clan gone.
