Why Enryu was included in ranking system?

Enryu didn't climbed the towers like other rankers to our knowledge. He simply entered the tower at 43rd floor, killed an administrator and then dipped never to be seen again.

Thoughts?

Why shouldn't he be included ?

The ranking system it's made up by Zahard so it doesn't necessarily follow a strict law, and even if it does rules don't apply to irregulars.

Rankers are those who reach the top of the tower which is 134th floor under zahard. So by that logic enryu shouldn't be one no?

Yeah but again rules of the tower don't apply to irregulars they are not bound by any contact, so once they saw the guy popping in and killing an administrator they assumed he could pass any test and reach the top of the tower if he wanted to

Blue holes, whose "STRENGTH" is not known are not placed in Ranking System....so it could just mean when their STRENGTHs are revealed, they are automatically placed in Ranking system....in case of Bam, I guess he is still too weak for Ranking office to bother with placing him in Top 100 or so... in case he actually Beats Dumas and it is revealed to everyone in Tower, then I guess they have to place him there

Rankings are primarily speculation based on a singular event for not only Enryu but the other user as well
