Powers & Abilities I had a random thought. If Law used his power to cut up Buggy. Could Buggy put himself back together or would Law's power cancel out his power?

I agree with that effect, yet somehow it doesn't affect Buggy, perhaps because of some peculiarity of his power.

Yoru is a black blade, we may not know all the details, but we know it's in permanent blackening, there's no "not using CoA in that moment".

Mihawk did not use Haki in Marineford at all.
What mihawk showcased was random swings and Sword Slashes.
Buggy devil fruit doesn't allow him to be chopped. I always Saw buggy and Luffy fruits as polar opposites.
Luffy is most susceptible to Sword and Buggy purely immune to it.
Whereas any blunt attack with no haki is luffy immunity , Buggy is most susceptible to it.
