But what seems to be less of an evidences for you is the fact that bombing civilians inhumanitary zones and starving them purspusefully are ALSO war crimes and crimes against humanity.

I don’t take that doctrine too literally, and I don’t think most other Jews do either

I think it’s more of, by choosing to live as a Jew, I have a certain moral responsibility that others might not necessarily have.
I think that is the standard interpretation of it. That and having a special destiny.
There are definitely those people tho who think being Jewish legitimately makes them better than others. I think this is what a lot of extreme religious Zionists believe.
